George is our English bulldog. He helps keep the explanations friendly, useful, and focused on what a business owner needs to know.
Meet Zippy™
Zippy™ is The Project Zero Guide. He is the friendly investigator who looks for clues about how AI finds, describes, compares, and recommends a business.
Then George translates those clues into plain English, so you can see what the answer means without getting buried in jargon.

What is AI visibility?
AI visibility is how a business appears when someone asks an AI tool a relevant question. It includes whether the business is found, described accurately, and sometimes recommended. The answer can change with the prompt, platform, and information available.
What is an AI Perception Audit™?
An AI Perception Audit™ reviews how AI tools find, describe, compare, and recommend a business through sample questions. It helps reveal what seems accurate, missing, or mistaken in those answers. It is a practical snapshot, not an official ranking or a promise of future recommendations.
What are citations?
Citations are online mentions of a business, such as directory listings and industry pages. They give people and systems matching clues about details like the business name, address, phone, website, and services. Consistent information can help, but citations do not guarantee an AI recommendation.
Why does Google matter?
A Google Business Profile helps people find core details such as a business’s location, hours, and services. AI tools can draw on many sources, so a Google profile is useful but does not control what every AI system says.
What does it mean when AI recommends a business?
The tool judged that business as a possible fit for the prompt it received. Read the explanation and check the details, because recommendations can vary and can be wrong. It is not an endorsement, independent verification, or guaranteed ranking.

Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
GEO means making a business’s information clear and consistent so AI search tools can more easily find and understand it. It is not a magic switch or a guarantee that a tool will recommend the business.
Schema markup
Schema markup is extra labels in website code that explain what details mean, such as a business name, service, or opening hours. It can help search systems interpret information, but it cannot force them to display it.
Citations
Citations are mentions of a business across directories and other websites. Think of them as signposts that should point to the same basic facts, not a vote or a promise that AI will recommend you.
AI search visibility
AI search visibility describes how a business shows up in answers from AI-powered search tools. We look at whether it is found, understood accurately, and explicitly recommended for the kind of question being asked.
